Yes. Except for our True MCT sachet, all of our powder sachets are liquid-free and carry-on-friendly, perfect for long weekends away. However, as airport luggage rules can vary, we recommend checking the latest guidance before you travel.

Our Loaded Ritual has been thoughtfully designed to make it easy to personalise your water to your wellbeing goals. 

Our products are meticulously designed to dissolve simply into water and other drinks, and as many are neutral-tasting, they can easily be stacked on top of each other to create the ultimate functional drink on the go 

For energy, focus and physical performance, pair True Creatine+ with True Hydration.

To support gut health and inner resilience, True Biome and True Collagen work beautifully together.

For travel and busy days, True Hydration and True Creatine+ make an ideal morning ritual.

In the evening, pair True Nightcap with True Collagen to deeply replenish and support restful sleep.

This varies depending on your personal goals.Our True Creatine+, True Biome and True Nightcap sachets can be taken once a day. Our True and Wild Collagen sachets each contain 5g of collagen, and our Cacao + Collagen sachet contains 2g of collagen. You can take up to 10g of collagen a day. If you’re losing electrolytes through sweat in hot weather or during a sauna, you can take up to two True Hydration sachets per day. However, if you are taking electrolytes from other sources, you may wish to adjust your intake.

Most of our ingredients are heat-stable and can be mixed into hot and cold drinks. The exception is True Creatine+, which should only be added to cold or warm water.

Our sachets have been thoughtfully designed to dissolve with ease. To help the powder disperse, prepare your drink first, then pour in the powder from a slight height.

If on the go, some stacks may benefit from a bit of a shake to reawaken them and ensure even distribution of nourishment before drinking.

No. Our Cacao + Collagen sachet is best enjoyed as a grounding cup of Cacao, and True MCT is the perfect ritual to add a nourishing flourish to soups, salads, and smoothies.
