Vitamin D3 is the form of vitamin D naturally produced in the skin in response to sunlight. It plays an important role in calcium absorption and supports immune health, muscle function and bone health. Yet for much of the year in the UK, sunlight isn't strong enough for the skin to make meaningful amounts, while modern indoor lifestyles can further limit our exposure.. Vitamin K2
