IS THE BRAVE METHOD DIFFERENT TO OTHER TYPES OF INTERMITTENT FASTING?

WILL I BE HUNGRY WHEN I AM FASTING?
When you apply intermittent fasting and shift your body into an efficient fat-burning machine, your cravings for unhealthy foods and carbs will automatically disappear! This is because your body is now able to burn your stored fat as energy instead of being dependent on fast-burning carbs for fuel. Fat, being the slow-burning fuel that it is, allows you to keep your energy levels high without suffering from the dramatic energy crash that is associated with sugar. If you are not hungry, then guess what? Not eating for several hours does not surface as an issue. You don’t need to have extreme willpower or enormous levels of self-discipline to maintain this eating schedule. This makes it much easier to maintain the healthy body weight you have always desired.

MCTs positively alter your metabolism and provide great fuel for your brain cells – therefore upgrading both your physical and mental performance. MCT’s are also very supportive of your gut environment, especially since they have the capability to combat harmful bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites.
