1.1 These Subscription Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) explain how you may use the Subscription option on this website (the ‘Site’). References in these Terms to the Site include www.ancientandbrave.earth and www.ancientandbrave.com and all associated web pages.
1.2 Please do read these Terms carefully before purchasing a Subscription or before using the Site. By purchasing a Subscription or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with or accept these Terms, please do not purchase a Subscription from the Site.

1.4 The operator of the Subscription offering, and this Site and all associated web pages is Made By Brave Limited (trading as Ancient + Brave) and this includes any all references to our subsidiary company Made by Brave Ireland Limited) together referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” throughout these Terms:
- Made by Brave Limited is a company registered in England with company registration number 10778325 and whose registered office is at Lampool, Lampool Corner Maresfield, East Sussex, TN22 3DS, United Kingdom.
- Made By Brave Ireland Limited is a company registered in Ireland with company registration number 685197 and whose registered office is 1 Castlewood Avenue, Rathmines, Dublin 6, D06 H685.
1.5 We seek to make our Subscriptions as accessible as possible. If you have any problems accessing this option, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK
2.1 You can order any individual product or combination of products to be delivered on a recurring regular basis. Simply click this as the confirmed option choice on each individual product page. Once you have done this it will also ask how often you want this delivered and you have a choice of a regular order arriving every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks.
2.2 You will be asked to sign up to a Subscription Account and through this you can manage your own Subscription. Please make any amendments to your Subscription order via the “My Account” area of the Site and ensure all information is up to date and accurate. If you change your address, please update this information in the “My Account” section of the site so that we can ensure that no deliveries are sent to the wrong address.
2.3 When you sign up for a Subscription your first order will be sent out within 48 hours. All recurring packages will be sent out on the date as set by you (i.e. every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks later on a regular basis) following the date (or close to the date) of the original order (“Recurring Order Date”). For the avoidance of doubt if you commence your Subscription on the 12th of the month and you set your repeat order for every ‘4 weeks’ - we will endeavour to send the package out on the 12th (or the next working day) of the following month and so on (“Despatch Date”).
2.4 You can pause or cancel your Subscription at any time prior to the Despatch Date. If your card has already been billed, we will issue a full refund.
2.5 We will always do our best to make last minute amendments for you, but we can only guarantee changes that are requested within 2 working days of any Despatch Date.
2.6 In the event you need to change, pause, or cancel your Subscription after the Despatch Date please do get in touch at email@example.com and we will resolve the issue for you.
2.7 For all ongoing subscriptions your credit or debit card will be billed at checkout for your first delivery only. For ongoing deliveries, you will be billed on a recurring basis in line with your specified Recurring Order Date. Your card will be billed up to 24 hours before the Despatch Date of each Subscription package.
