"Started taking this to help with sleep as was waking up a lot. I could tell I was sleeping better from the get go as felt more refreshed than usual. The big difference I noticed was when I didn't take it one evening and was up several times in the night! Wouldn't go back now. It's got a quite strong gingery taste that took some getting used to. At first I mixed it with blackcurrent squash but now I like the taste on it's own. I just drink it with dinner to give it time to kick in. Highly recommend!"

"This product appears to work for me! My sleep has improved enormously and more often than not I have an unbroken night’s sleep. I gave it 4 stars because despite its success I find the powder does not dissolve well in hot water. When making the drink the powder in the air seems to irritate my chest and makes me cough. It would also be nice to receive a full jar rather than one that is only 2/3 full. I do understand that this could be due to the settling of the contents but I also buy the marine collagen and that jar is almost full!"

"Strong lemon taste, but you do get used to it. Monitored my sleep stages and definately get more deep sleep when using this and wake up feeling much more rested and ready to get up.
