Replenish, relax and recharge with True Magnesium+
During sleep, the body repairs tissues, muscles, and cells. Nutrients like magnesium and myo-inositol support relaxation and nervous system balance, while zinc aids immune repair, and choline enhances cellular regeneration. Vitamin C supports collagen formation and repair, helping keep tissues healthy. Each nutrient collectively enhances restorative sleep functions.
Soothing and warming, ginger is the ideal end-of-day ingredient, supporting digestion and easing post-meal discomfort. Its natural compounds, like gingerol, enhance digestive enzyme activity and reduce gas buildup, helping you unwind and feel comfortably relaxed before bedtime.
A 2007 study found that glycine before bedtime improved sleep quality, shortened time to fall asleep, and reduced daytime sleepiness, likely due to its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier and act as an inhibitory neurotransmitter. Glycine may also help with better sleep by lowering core body temperature and supporting circadian rhythm regulation.
We have thoughtfully selected a highly bioavailable form of magnesium, derived from seawater and sustainably harvested red algae from the pristine Irish Sea. This choice ensures exceptional potency while reflecting our dedication to both your health and environmental responsibility.
True Nightcap’s synergy of ingredients are great for supporting relaxation and sleep, but no need to worry about feeling drowsy. Unlike sedatives, they work by supporting the nervous system, promoting calm, and aiding recovery processes. This makes True Nightcap versatile enough for any time you feel you need some relaxation or immune support, not just before bed.
True Nightcap is an innovative and nutrient dense evening drink designed to promote restorative and rejuvenating sleep. It has a subtle lemon and warming ginger flavour - both chosen to help your body rest and repair overnight.
True Nightcap contains ingredients such as ginger, zinc and vitamin C to help support your immune system. Plus, quality sleep is one of the most powerful tools for recovery and resilience when you're feeling run down — so this ritual offers support on two levels.
True Nightcap has a hint of lemon flavour and a burst of warming ginger, providing a warm and nurturing ritual.
True Nightcap an effective option for those looking to unwind and support restful sleep, so we recommend it in the evening as a perfect addition to your nightly routine. However, if you'd like to benefit from some key nutrients - like immune-supporting Vitamin C and Zinc - you can also enjoy it at any time of day. None of the ingredients are sedative or will make you feel drowsy, so it’s safe to take at a time that best suits your lifestyle.
This is a refreshing and calming drink that can be enjoyed both hot and cold. If enjoying this drink hot, we recommend that you use hot water and not boiling straight from the kettle to ensure the effectiveness of the vitamins.

Absolutely. We recommend enjoying this product alongside any of our collagen products of your choice. However, it’s a good idea to review the total amount of total electrolytes you're consuming from all sources e.g. common side effect of over-consuming magnesium supplements is usually an upset tummy, this may be an indication for you to reduce your dose.
Yes, this is a vegetarian and vegan friendly product.
You should always consult your doctor or midwife regarding any new additions to your diet or supplements you take during your pregnancy and breastfeeding journey. Whilst there are little studies currently available due to ethical challenges involving research in pregnant people, we aren’t aware of contraindications in taking this product whilst pregnant or breastfeeding and they should be well tolerated. One consideration is ginger, although this product contains a moderate amount, high doses are not recommended and therefore consider this in your daily intake of ginger.

"I received a sample of this as part of my subscription gifts and was pleasantly surprised at how love it was. I thought a powered drink wouldn't taste that good. It has a really powerful ginger flavour with lemon. Loved it that much now ordered it on subscription and look forward to my nighttime drink. You do find there is sediment however just have a spoon and keep stirring it."
"I enjoy a nighttime drink of true nightcap and always benefit from a restful and satisfying sleep and a calm stomach. I can always tell the difference when I don’t drink one before bedtime."
"I have been using this for around 8 weeks and it has made a huge difference to my sleep"
"This has really helped me drop off to sleep and stay asleep! Yes, I do still wake occasionally in the night but I find it easier to drift off again! I have it just before bed in tea - I love the taste!"
"I bought this as a gift for my sister who was having trouble sleeping and I felt this would be a great natural product for her to try . She has loved it and made a real difference to her sleep quality"
"This works! Previously I had tried capsules from a different company and found them to be hit and miss , but True Nightcap works and tastes really pleasant."
"Since using Nightcap I have slept better and more relaxed the following morning. I find it most beneficial to have the drink mid evening rather than at bedtime."
"I am absolutely blown away by my experience of True Nightcap. This has made a huge difference to the quality and length of sleep I am now managing. I was regularly managing only 4 hours a night if I was lucky with lots of interruptions throughout the night. As soon as I started taking True nightcap, I found myself sleeping 7-9 hours with less interruptions throughout the night, leaving me better refreshed for my working day. I have highly recommended to friends and colleagues whilst also puchasing the sachets for when I am travelling for work and leisure. The taste is actually quite comforting, ginger and lemon and works as a lovely hot night-time drink. Very relaxing, reminds me of the lovely teas they serve at high end spas after your treatment. I initially suffered with a little wind, during the night which was more amusing than uncomfortable."
"Has a nice flavour and it makes me fall asleep so quickly! So far so good!"
"Love having this delicious drink as part of my nighttime ritual. It helps me wind down as I prepare for bed."
