Yes, Cacao + Chaga contains 1500mg of Chaga per serving; therefore, we recommend having no more than 1 serving per day.
You can consume Cacao + Chaga daily, alongside other Ancient + Brave products. To prepare your ritual, simply add 10g Cacao + Chaga powder to a cup and mix with a little hot water. Then stir in a warm milk of your choice.
You should always consult your doctor or midwife regarding any new additions to your diet or supplements you take during your pregnancy and breastfeeding journey. Although Chaga has been used for centuries, it is not advised for pregnant women at high doses, and more research needs to be conducted to determine ‘safe levels’ and therefore, we urge caution until then.

"Love this not too sweet but it is sweet enough and tastes incredible - too warm for hot drinks atm, might try and do it as an iced drink and will purchase more for colder rainy days. The taste is great, and it is a great smooth consistency. I used a hot chocolate maker to make, just added plant milk."

"I wasn’t sure about Cacao & Chaga at first. The slightly bitter flavour took a little getting used to, and my first cup didn’t quite win me over. But after a bit of experimenting, it’s completely won a place in my late afternoon or evening routine. I now mix it in my milk frother, with a splash of clear honey, a pinch of chilli powder, and a little turmeric, and it’s become something I genuinely look forward to. The honey softens the bitterness while the chilli and turmeric add a gentle warmth that makes the whole drink feel comforting and grounding. It’s turned into a small evening ritual for me a warm, nourishing cup that helps me slow down at the end of the day. If you’re unsure at first, I’d definitely recommend playing around with what you add to it. For me, those simple additions made all the difference. There's a little residue of granules at the very end which I am trying to eleviate to no avail, as yet."
