Vitamin D3 is the form of vitamin D naturally produced in the skin in response to sunlight. It plays an important role in calcium absorption and supports immune health, muscle function and bone health. Yet for much of the year in the UK, sunlight isn't strong enough for the skin to make meaningful amounts, while modern indoor lifestyles can further limit our exposure.. Our formula delivers 50 µg (2,000 IU) per serving - a considered daily dose, designed to complement time spent outdoors.
Vitamin K2
Vitamin K2 is easy to overlook in everyday diets. This nutrient complements vitamin D3, supporting bone health and calcium metabolism. Our formula uses the MK-7 form, providing 50 µg per daily serving.
