You can take True Collagen and True Creatine+ any time, or subscribe so that your refill arrives before you run low. 

Is this gift suitable for vegans or vegetarians?

No. While True Creatine+ is vegan, True Collagen uses bovine collagen peptides, making Davina’s Ritual unsuitable for vegans or vegetarians. If you are pescatarian, you may prefer to pair True Creatine+ with  Wild Collagen, our marine collagen formula. We also offer Radiant Collagyn - a plant-based formula providing the building blocks for collagen production.
