We are so confident that you’ll love our products that we’re giving you 30 days to experience the benefits of your A+B ritual.

If you’re not 100% happy after 30 days you can request a refund.

Terms and conditions

In the event you not fully satisfied with your product purchase please do email hello@ancientandbrave.earth within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please add the message title as “30 Day Guarantee” and include your order number, full name and address in your email as well as the reason for your requested return.
We will reply within one working day with confirmation of receipt of your email and shipping details (Confirmation Email).
Please do return the product (including packaging) to us within 14 days of the Confirmation Email. You must return the item and use a courier service that requires a signature for delivery - we cannot refund you for items that are not returned to us.
We will use all reasonable efforts to issue a refund within 10 working days but, in any event, no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned product.
Additional costs such as delivery charges (express or otherwise), any customs, import duties or taxes (on deliveries outside of the United Kingdom) and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.
The guarantee is only provided to individuals (who are consumers as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if our conditions have not been met (or if we determine at our sole discretion that a request for a refund is part of an orchestrated campaign to abuse our refund policy).

A stress-free way to give wellbeing that lasts beyond Christmas, your gift credit can be used to start a subscription of your choice or swapped for another ritual of equal value, and if you’re gifting to an Ancient + Brave subscriber, it can also go towards exploring a new ritual or purchasing one they already know and love.
