Then, return the product to us within 28 days of your order date, and we’ll start processing your refund.

Please do return the product (including packaging) to us within 14 days of the Confirmation Email. You must return the item and use a courier service that requires a signature for delivery - we cannot refund you for items that are not returned to us.
We will use all reasonable efforts to issue a refund within 10 working days but, in any event, no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned product.
