Are these daily supplement sachets?
Our travel-size supplement sachets each contain a single serving of your daily ritual. Thoughtfully crafted to make it easy to stay consistent with your ritual, wherever you are, they can be taken daily or whenever you need a little extra wellbeing support.
What's the difference between these travel sachets and the jars?
We use the same formula in both formats. The sachets are individually wrapped and pre-measured, making them easy to take anywhere - ideal for travel, the office, or active days

Our jars are perfect for the days when there’s time to slow down and enjoy your ritual at home. But for travel and busy days that move fast, our portable sachets offer the ultimate convenience. Easy to carry with you wherever you go, they’ve been thoughtfully crafted to help you stay consistent with your ritual when travelling, at the gym or simply on the go.
Can I take these supplement sachets in my hand luggage?
We’re often asked if powdered supplements are allowed through airport security, and are pleased to say that all of our on-the-go wellness sachets are carry-on friendly.
Thoughtfully designed for easy travel, they’re all liquid-free, with the exception of True MCT sachets, which contain 10ml of liquid. In the UK, most airports allow you to take containers of up to 100ml of liquid in your hand luggage. However, as airport luggage rules can vary, we recommend checking the latest guidance on hand luggage before you travel.
How much product is in each travel sachet?
Each single-size supplement sachet has been meticulously measured to support your wellness journey. Our True Collagen, Wild Collagen and True Biome sachets all contain 5g of product. Our True Creatine+, True Nightcap and True Hydration sachets all contain 6g of product. Our Cacao + Collagen and True MCT sachets each contain 10g.
