HOW TO USE IT

Mix 6g of True Hydration into water for a refreshing drink. Perfect for post-workout or sauna or as a morning ritual. 

Add 6g of True Biome to your drink of choice - coffee, smoothie, yoghurt or with your True Hydration. 

If you have a sensitive digestive system or you are new to these ingredients, we recommend starting with half a serving (3g) for the first few days, then gradually increasing to a full serving (6g) as your body adjusts.

We are so confident that you’ll love our products that we’re giving you 30 days to experience the benefits of your A+B ritual.

If you’re not 100% happy after 30 days you can request a refund.

Terms and conditions

  • In the event you not fully satisfied with your product purchase please do email hello@ancientandbrave.earth within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please add the message title as “30 Day Guarantee” and include your order number, full name and address in your email as well as the reason for your requested return.  
  • We will reply within one working day with confirmation of receipt of your email and shipping details (Confirmation Email). 
  • Please do return the product (including packaging) to us within 14 days of the Confirmation Email. You must return the item and use a courier service that requires a signature for delivery - we cannot refund you for items that are not returned to us.
  • We will use all reasonable efforts to issue a refund within 10 working days but, in any event, no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned product.
  • Additional costs such as delivery charges (express or otherwise), any customs, import duties or taxes (on deliveries outside of the United Kingdom) and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.

How do I take True Hydration+ and True Biome together?

 Mix 6g of True Hydration+ and 6g of True Biome into 250ml of water and drink once daily. If you're new to either ingredient or have a sensitive digestive system, start with 3g of each for the first few days and build gradually to a full serving as your body adjusts.

When is the best time to take this ritual?
