Easy to make with just three ingredients, this homemade protein ice lolly recipe sets within just a few short hours. It's the perfect post-workout snack and makes it deliciously easy to support your body's daily protein needs.
Make our protein ice lollies

A nutrient-rich way to stay cool in hot weather, our protein ice lollies draw their natural sweet flavour from cinnamon, cacao, carob and beetroot. Featuring plant compounds that support comfortable protein digestion, they keep for up to 3 months and can be enjoyed whenever you need a little extra protein support.
Ingredients:
(makes 4-5 lollies)
+1 Frozen Banana
+ 250ml milk of choice
Method:
Step 1: Add the 250ml of your chosen milk to a blender.
Step 2: Add 1 frozen banana + 60g of Brave Ancestral Protein and blend
Step 3: Pop the blend into an ice lolly mould
Step 4: Leave the moulds in the freezer for a few hours until fully set
Step 5: Enjoy!
