It’s generally considered that consuming fewer than 50 calories is unlikely to break a fast. Adding just 1 tsp of MCT oil (which contains 42 kcal, no carbs and zero sugar) to coffee, herbal tea, or water is likely to support your fast and support ketosis.
Can I combine an MCT sachet with other Ancient + Brave sachets?

We hope you love MCT Oil as much as we do. However, if you’d like to return an unopened product, we’re here to make that nice and easy. Simply contact us within 14 days of placing your order at hello@ancientandbrave.earth, letting us know your order number and reason for your return. Then, return the product to us within 28 days of your order date, and we’ll start processing your refund.

In the event you not fully satisfied with your product purchase please do email hello@ancientandbrave.earth within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please add the message title as “30 Day Guarantee” and include your order number, full name and address in your email as well as the reason for your requested return.
We will reply within one working day with confirmation of receipt of your email and shipping details (Confirmation Email).
Please do return the product (including packaging) to us within 14 days of the Confirmation Email. You must return the item and use a courier service that requires a signature for delivery - we cannot refund you for items that are not returned to us.
We will use all reasonable efforts to issue a refund within 10 working days but, in any event, no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned product.
Additional costs such as delivery charges (express or otherwise), any customs, import duties or taxes (on deliveries outside of the United Kingdom) and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.
