Welcome to The Brave Tent: Living bravely at Love Supreme

At Ancient + Brave, one of the best parts of our jobs is when we get to meet and celebrate with our community, one that share our vision of living a brave and fulfilled life.

That’s why when the opportunity arose to be present at Love Supreme festival 2026, we were thrilled and honoured to create The Brave Tent, the wellbeing destination built and curated for connection, bravery and togetherness across the weekend.

We’re excited to share some of our highlights from the festival full of music, glitter, tarot cards, yoga, inspirational panel talks, podcasts, and so much more!

Bravery is better when it is shared: Why we created The Brave Tent

Festivals are rooted in ancient tradition. A celebration of individuality, expression and togetherness, they offer a safe space for us to release our wild energy and experience something quite magical.

But while the modern festival echoes those traditional gatherings of our ancestors, today’s events can feel a little overwhelming, thanks to noisy crowds, tiredness, dehydration and overstimulation.

Enter The Brave Tent. An intentional, inclusive wellness space thoughtfully designed to be a sanctuary of calm and a grounding counterpart to the main stages. For three special days in July,  this space calmly cut through the background noise of the festival, offering visitors the opportunity to nourish their body and find their brave - that inner spark that says yes to life, to laughter.

Behind the scenes at The Brave Tent with us

As experts in creating space for daily rituals, The Brave Tent was intentionally designed to be a space where ancient wisdom meets festival wildness.

Using the natural backdrop of the South Downs as our guide, we created a calm, multifunctional space where wild dance, laughter, and connection could take centre stage - because sometimes, bravery looks like sparkle on your skin and mud on your boots.

From the soundtrack of the elements to the aroma of the Neom diffuser bubbling in the background, the senses played a key role in grounding our festival experience.

Nourishing mind and body was essential too. Outfront The Brave Airstream kept festival-goers fuelled, serving up our signature functional mocktails, collagen coffees and comforting cups of cacao alongside good conversation.

With warm weather blessing the festival, iced cacao, collagen and Creatini mocktails were popular choices. As was our Brave Clarity Margarita created in partnership with Pentire botanicals and spiked with our Brave Clarity Mushroom Tincture, lime, agave, sea salt and Mexican chilli.

We also offered a 24/7 Hydration Station. Here, revellers loaded their water with sachets of their favourite Ancient+ Brave rituals, guided by our expert team with Davina stepping in to serve up drinks herself.

But the heart of the tent was our Brave Board. Crafted by Susannah Taylor, this acted as a shared canvas where attendees shared their notes of bravery and inspiration as the weekend unfolded - a reminder that this is a place created for connection and togetherness.

Who was there? To be seen is to be brave

The guest list was as impressive as the ambience, with Kate Rowe-Ham, Kirsty Gallagher, Dr Jenna Macciochi and Anita Rani all participating in a weekend of wellness activities that brought breathwork, cosmic purpose and cacao ceremony together under one roof.

However, the highlight of the weekend had to be Davina’s takeover, which saw her boundless energy enter the tent, serving up drinks of her favourite Ancient + Brave rituals, before joining Anita Rani for a live recording of Sisters of Defiance, where our very own Jo Woodhurst led the last offering through a meditation session.

Three days of living bravely: How the weekend unfolded

Wellness ran through every hour of The Brave Tent's programme, curated to offer something unique every day.

Day 1

The tent opened with an invite to come and get festival-ready with us. Glitter artists mingled with face painters as we laid the foundations for a weekend of fun. After Sussanah Taylor put the finishing touches to our beautiful, brave board, the party began, with visitors enjoying a sundowner set with DJ Sophie Lloyd and sipping mocktails from the airstream.

Day 2

Saturday saw the tent celebrate bravery in all its forms, starting with a grounding, energising yoga session with Catherine Gallagher, followed by a functional movement class with  Kate Rowe-Ham. Elsewhere in the tent, ear seeding sessions with Yogi Bare took place alongside glitter art with Go Glitter and festival hair with Michael Douglas of MD London. Together, these gentle acts of self-care give visitors the feeling of being part of a Brave Tribe who could experience the festival confident, free and energised with an unmistakable shimmer of something newly awakened within.

Davina then hosted a panel talk with The Bluetits, our Endeavour muses, and this year’s Endeavour winners, including Jen and Rach Skate and Genevieve Brown. They took time out of their busy training schedules to take part in an inspiring panel session and share what bravery means to them.

The spoken word continued to take centre stage as Jo Woodhurst, Director of Nutrition, also joined Davina on stage for an exclusive first look at ‘A Brave Life', our first-ever Ancient + Brave book launching this Autumn and available to pre-order now. The tent came then burst back to life in the ultimate celebration of bravery as Faye Edwards led a dance movement class that got everyone on their feet, ahead of an epic sundowner DJ set from Emma B.

Day 3

On Sunday, the tent transitioned into a reflective recovery space. Dr Jenna Macciochi guided guests through breathwork practices designed to ground and restore, while Kirsty Gallagher's ‘Finding Your Cosmic Purpose’ and ‘Activating Your Inner Goddess’ sessions invited a little reflection amidst the festival buzz.

As the sun dipped, Naomi Buff's Cacao Ceremony brought the community together in stillness before FRQNCY LDN led us in a sound bath and Sophie Lloyd closed the day with an invigorating DJ set.

Closing thoughts: Free your festival spirit

At Ancient + Brave, we believe that courage isn’t loud - it’s soulful. It’s saying yes to life, to laughter, to taking up space no matter your age or stage. It’s daring to nourish your body and your spirit in equal measure - to sip, move, breathe, and sparkle your way back to yourself.

The Brave Tent exists to wake the wild - the part of us that remembers how to dance barefoot, belly laugh, and be utterly, gloriously alive. We hope to welcome you there one day soon.
