Make our MCT Oil Salad Dressing

This delicious pest salad dressing takes mere minutes to make. Simply prep, drizzle and enjoy.

Serves: 2

Ingredients

• 1 small bunch basil leaves

• 2 garlic cloves

• 2 tbsp pine nuts

• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan

• 3 tbsp True MCT Oil

• 1–2 tbsp lemon juice, to taste

• Salt and black pepper, to taste

Method

Step 1: Start by adding the garlic and pine nuts to a food processor and blitz until finely chopped.

Step 2: Add the basil leaves and pulse again until combined.

Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a bowl and slowly drizzle in the MCT oil, stirring as you go.

Step 4: Stir in the Parmesan.

Step 5: Finally, add a squeeze of lemon juice, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
