No, it is not necessary to drink electrolytes with every glass of water - once a day will be enough or if you are losing sweat (hot weather, sauna e.g.) then up to twice a day. We would not recommend more than 2 servings of True Hydration per day due to the generous levels of chromium.

However, it’s a good idea to review the total amount of total electrolytes you're consuming from all sources e.g. common side effect of over-consuming magnesium supplements is usually an upset tummy, this may be an indication for you to reduce your dose.
