Muscles feel better

"I’m new to taking creatine. It’s been just over an month and so far I’ve had improvement with muscles in my legs. I walk to and from work which is roughly 8 miles 4-5 times a week. I split doses and mix in with my protein shake which I drink before my walks. I experienced 2lb weight gain for the first two weeks after starting on creatine. My stomach looked bigger due to bloating. What I also found out was I needed to drink even more fluids as the creatine pulling water was making me constipated. With my level of walking it makes sense. I mix the powder in protein drinks and stir it several times over half hour for powder to dissolve. If consumed too soon the drink will have grainy texture or some of the mix will settle on bottom of glass. It’s not completely tasteless, just a slight, what I consider, metallic taste but not overpowering or offensive. Maybe in another four months time I’ll know if there are more benefits."
