"It took me a while to get used to the taste after my usual milky nighttime drink but I do like it and I think it is helping with my sleep and I find it quite soothing. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is that it is a little grainy as it doesn’t fully dissolve, personally I prefer a smoother drink without ‘bits’. I will still re-order though."

"Started taking this to help with sleep as was waking up a lot. I could tell I was sleeping better from the get go as felt more refreshed than usual. The big difference I noticed was when I didn't take it one evening and was up several times in the night! Wouldn't go back now. It's got a quite strong gingery taste that took some getting used to. At first I mixed it with blackcurrent squash but now I like the taste on it's own. I just drink it with dinner to give it time to kick in. Highly recommend!"

I gave it 4 stars because despite its success I find the powder does not dissolve well in hot water. When making the drink the powder in the air seems to irritate my chest and makes me cough. It would also be nice to receive a full jar rather than one that is only 2/3 full. I do understand that this could be due to the settling of the contents but I also buy the marine collagen and that jar is almost full!"
