Refer a Friend Terms

1.1 These Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) explain how you may use the Refer a Friend option on this website (the ‘Site’). References in these Terms to the Site include www.ancientandbrave.earth and www.ancientandbrave.com and all associated web pages.  

1.2 Please do read these Terms carefully before using Refer a Friend or before using the Site. By accessing or using Refer a Friend or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with or accept these Terms, please do not access or use Refer a Friend.

1.4 The operator of Refer a Friend and this Site and all associated web pages is Made By Brave Limited (trading as Ancient + Brave) and this includes any all references to our subsidiary company Made by Brave Ireland Limited) together referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” throughout these Terms:

1. Made by Brave Limited is a company registered in England with company registration number 10778325 and whose registered office is at Lampool, Lampool Corner Maresfield, East Sussex, TN22 3DS, United Kingdom.
2. Made By Brave Ireland Limited is a company registered in Ireland with company registration number 685197 and whose registered office is 1 Castlewood Avenue, Rathmines, Dublin 6, D06 H685.

1.5 We seek to make Refer a Friend as accessible as possible. If you have any problems accessing this option, please contact us at hello@ancientandbrave.earth. 

1.6 For the purposes of these Terms the following references apply:

1. Referrer” means the person who is responsible for referring a friend; and
2. “Referred Friend” means the person who has been referred to Ancient + Brave by the Referrer and who subsequently also makes a purchase from the Site.

2.1 In order for you to use Refer a Friend the following conditions apply:

1. You will be given a referral code to access Refer a Friend (the “Referral Code”). The Referral Code is valid for one use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale price, promotional code, or gift card.
2. The Referral Code is not exchangeable for cash and no change can be given.
3. The basket value must be equal to or greater than the discount offered by Ancient + Brave.
4. Postage within the UK is applicable on orders using reward vouchers and is £3.50. Free delivery is available in the UK on orders where the basket value is £50 or more, and this is only applied after all reward voucher codes including any Ancient + Brave codes have been applied. Therefore, for the avoidance of doubt, the basket value must be equal to or greater than £50 after any code has been applied in order for your purchase to qualify for the free delivery discount.
5. You can only refer someone who is from a different household to you and in order to share this offer both Referrer and Referred Friend must be over the age of 18.
6. Ancient + Brave reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Referrer at any time.
7. Ancient + Brave reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this Refer a Friend offer at any time without notice.

3.1 The rewards for Referrer are as follows:

1. The Referrer will be offered £10 credit on their order, subject to a minimum spend of £50 for each Referred Friend who orders for the first time.
2. This offer can be shared for up to 3 months from the date of acceptance by the Referrer.
3. In order for the referral to qualify for the reward the Referred Friend must be a new customer to Ancient + Brave and the Referred Friend must meet the conditions of the reward.
4. The rewards offered are cumulative and so, if multiple qualifying referrals are made to Ancient + Brave by the Referrer then multiple rewards will be delivered to the Referrer.
5. The rewards will be delivered to the Referrer on the day of the Referred Friend's purchase provided the Referred Friend's purchase is not cancelled.
6. The Referrer will be notified by email once a Referred Friend has purchased and when the reward has been earned.
7. Rewards will be valid for six months from the date earned by the Referrer.

The rewards for the Referred Friend are as follows:

1. The Referred Friend will be offered £10 credit when they place their first order on the Site subject to a minimum spend of £50 (excluding shipping costs).
2. The reward is valid for six months from the point of issue to the Referred Friend.
3. In order to qualify for the reward the Referred Friend must be a new customer.
4. Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
5. The Referred Friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person as the Referrer.
