HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I SEE A DIFFERENCE WHEN TAKING TRUE COLLAGEN?

As we are all so different and our bodies react in such different ways, it is very hard to say how long it will take for you toseeadifference. We have had a number of wonderful testimonials noticing the benefits from our customers which range from a couple of weeks to a couple of months.

WHAT SHOULD I TAKE TO HELP MY SKIN?

Our True Collagen is a great product to help maintain elasticity and strength in the skin. As levels naturally begin to decline around the age of 30, it is important to add collagen into your daily anti-aging ritual. 

We also have our vegan Radiant Collagyn, which has a range of beautiful botanicals, targeted at skin health. As well as collagen specific amino acids, the Radiant has raspberry, haskap and beetroot powder which are all rich in an antioxidant called anthocyanin. Research suggests that this has anti-inflammatory properties which contributes to the maintenance of youthful, glowing skin. Also including a potent amount of vitamin C, the Radiant collagyn helps support the natural renewal of collagen in the body. Vitamin C protects against UV damage and enhances the skin’s ability to heal because it improves the proliferation and movement of dermal fibroblasts (the main cell type in skin tissue).

HOW MUCH COLLAGEN SHOULD I TAKE?

If you are using our True Collagen, we usually recommend a maintenance dose of 5g per day, but this can be increased to 10g or more per day for the times when you require extra support.
