• + 7:15am - Meet Dame Kelly Holmes at Clapham Common Bandstand
• + 7:15am - 7:30am - Enjoy pre-run refreshments from Ancient + Brave
• + 7:30am - 5k run commences led by Dame Kelly Holmes
• + 9am - Event Finishes. Enjoy post run refreshments from Ancient + Brave

No one finishes last on The Brave Run. It’s about pushing yourself a little outside of your comfort zone. By simply showing up for yourself, and embracing adventure, you’ve already won.

WHAT TO BRING

• + Water bottle - Our Ancient + Brave airstream will be on site to provide refreshments but we suggest bringing your own water bottle too
• + Weather appropriate clothing - Please check the forecast ahead of the run and dress for the conditions
• + Head torch - Sunrise is scheduled for 6:55am but if you would like extra visibility you can bring a head torch
• + Your brave self - Living brave happens when we exist in the space outside our comfort zone. That’s what this run is all about. Are you ready to power your brave?

SOME TIPS FROM OUR EXPERTS

• + Nourish - Eat something high in energy and easily digestible two hours before the run
• + Hydrate - Maintain your hydration levels with two cups of water on the morning of the run and grab a sample of Ancient + Brave’s True Hydration at the start line
• + Stretch - Warm up your body and muscles twenty minutes before start time with a very light jog or brisk walk and stretch
