We ship worldwide using EXPRESS delivery.

We offer express FREE shipping worldwide. Free shipping applies on all orders over £50 in the UK and on all orders above £150 in Europe.

For shipping fees and further information please click on the drop down menu below. Order before 1pm (GMT) Monday to Friday and we will dispatch the same day.

In the UK our delivery partner is PARCEL FORCE for next working day delivery and for the rest of world we use DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE – for the fastest and most reliable service.

Each order will be delivered in our bespoke Ancient + Brave box.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight deliveries are by Royal Mail (Tracked 48 service) and delivery times may be extended to 2 to 3 working days depending on exactly where you live.

Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be processed on the Monday.

DELIVERY FAQS

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email to confirm your goods have been shipped and this will also contain a tracking link.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PARCEL?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your consignment number and a link to track the status of your parcel.

WILL I BE CHARGED IMPORT DUTIES?

As the recipient you are responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that may be applied by your local customs. These charges vary dependent on the country and if you are unsure we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

This is not a problem if you contact us before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped it is difficult for us to re-arrange delivery but contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help – hello@ancientandbrave.earth

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT THERE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

If no-one is available to sign for your order then the courier will leave a card. If you are in the UK this will be via Parcel Force and the card will give instructions to re-arrange delivery. If you are outside of the UK this will be via DHL who will attempt to deliver on the next working day. After two attempts DHL will leave a card with details of how to re-arrange delivery.

CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Returns are nice and easy. You can make a return if product is damaged or if there is a fault or simply if you have changed your mind. For further information please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
